Level 5 Salon offers professional, contemporary hair services in a clean, sophisticated, boutique environment. We host local artists, every six weeks, to share their jewelery, paintings, and photography with our clients, friends and neighbors.
Rosa ensures the highest level of customer service, has impeccable attention to detail and enjoys inventing new, personalized styles to meet your needs. She always brings innovative and artistic flare into her work.
Her professional training includes Goldwell color classes, Davines and Alterna styling techniques and product knowledge, as well as hands-on training from industry experts salon business training. She has experience training at some of the world's most fashion forward institutions. Rosa was trained at The Vidal Sassoon in San Francisco, which in known for putting their Hair Designers through extensive training program before the intital consultation for clients.
Level 5 Salon is committed to giving back to the community through a variety of organizations; Davis Street Family Resources Center, Matter of Trust, Inc., Mommy Amour Day, and Locks of Love. We routinely participate in local school fundraisers.

 My name is Lisa Gaspari-Salmon. I live in San Leandro with my husband Enrique and Fanny, Jaco and Winona, our beloved doggies!
My love affair with hair began when I was five years old...I always knew what I wanted to be when I grew up...and so it is! I have been a hairdresser since 1978, a graduate of The Nicolas Academy Of Precision Haircutting and The Vidal Sassoon Academy. These two establishments provided me the education to become an accomplished and creative precision haircutter. I love my work and am grateful for my fab clients who are with me now and the many who have sat in my chair at one time or another...also the homes I have visited, the dance recitals, weddings, photo shoots and TV stations I have worked at. It has been a pleasure to learn so much from all of you!
I am proud to be at Level 5 Salon, a fun and professional place where magic is made every day!

Stacy Lee is the newest addition to Level 5 salon, but far from the beginning of her career in doing hair and making people feel and look their best. Stacy spent the last decade working at Stacy Monroes in Castro Valley where she started right after highschool and has been building, learning, and growing ever since. In the process she has attended many academy's, workshops, classes, hair showcases, and fashion shows featuring the latest trends in hair, color, make up, cuts, upcoming styles that make any person look and feel exceptional and contemporary. You may recognize some of the education companies such as TIGI, Redken, Joico, Paul Mitchell, Bumble & Bumble, Kevin Murphy, etc.
One thing that is unique about Stacy Lee as a stylist is vision. You can sit in her chair and have a vague idea of what you are looking for—or what you don't want to see for that matter—and she can help transform you with out anxiety, stress, error, or hesitation. Peggy was born to be a hairstylist. She pretty much grew up in a hair salon, hearing blow driers, hair spray and scissors clipping. Her mother is a retired hairstylist so the power of beauty is running through her veins.
Peggy loves transforming hair into a masterpiece. She wants every client to feel beautiful when they leave the salon. Each client is her walking model. The trust of a client is priceless and she will exceed the best costumer service that all clients deserve.
Being the newest to Level 5 Salon, Peggy is looking to expand her cliental. Being a curly que herself, she really understands the needs of clients with curly hair. With her amazing blow dries she will have you leaving the salon with the best blow out ever. Color and Highlights are one of Peggy’s favorites too, along with special occasion updo’s and hairstyles. Peggy won 1st place in an international competition for updo styling. Whatever vision you may have with your hair Peggy can help you get it. The options can be endless.

Roza Stewart is a complete hairstylist. She joined the Level 5 Salon in December bringing ten years of experience to our team. Roza grew up in San Leandro and spent the last eight years of her career at Amparo Salon in downtown where she built her expertise and clientele within the community.
Roza’s passion for style and flair is evident in the services she provides to her clients. As an accomplished colorist, her abilities and viewpoints are fresh and unique, guaranteeing a look you’ll be thrilled to show-off.
