We encourage our clients to book in advance and secure their ideal appointment times. Each designer maintains their individual clientele. Cancellations
In this busy age we live in, we do our best to accommodate everyone’s schedule. Naturally, we understand things come up in our lives we sometimes do not have control over. level 5 salon’s designers maintain a cancellation list. Should a late schedule changes arise, with appropriate 24-hour notification, we are able to fill cancelled slots with clients on our waiting list experiencing a similar schedule disruption.
